LAGOS – Mr Michel Deleen, the Deputy Ambassador of Netherlands to Nigeria, says 100 Nigerians benefit annually from fellowship programmes awarded by the country.
Deleen told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Lagos that Nigeria was among the 51 countries currently benefiting from the country’s international educational development programmes.
He said that the fellowship programmes offer Nigerians the opportunity to acquire Masters and PhD degrees and short courses in the Netherlands.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]

He said that the fellowship was initiated and funded by the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs from its budget for development cooperation.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]
Deleen, who is also the Head of Netherlands Representation in Lagos, urged Nigerian youths to take advantage of the 2015-2016 fellowship programmes to acquire qualitative professional education in Netherlands.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]
He pledged that his government would support Nigerian youths acquire education that would enable them contribute their quota to the socio-economic development of their country. (NAN)
