NCS Apapa Command generates N78.6bn in 3 months

customs service logoLAGOS – The Nigeria Customs Service, Apapa Area Command, on Friday said it had generated N78.6 billion in the third quarter of the year.

The comptroller of the command, Eporwei Edike, disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos. [eap_ad_2] Edike said N30.5 billion was generated in Sept., N22.7 billion in July and N25.5 billion in August.

He said the revenue profile indicated that there was an increase in the duties on rice importation during the period
