ABUJA Innoson Vehicles Manufacturing Company Limited on Thursday in Abuja donated 20 buses and a jeep to the Goodluck Support Group (GSG).
The Chairman of the company, Chief Innocent Chukwuma who made the donation, said it was a token to help the GSG carry out its campaign effectively for President Goodluck Jonathan.
“These 21 vehicles are presented to GSG to support the re-election campaign of our dear president and to the glory of God,’’ Chukwuma said.
Receiving the keys of the vehicles, the National Coordinator, GSG, Prof. Rufai Alkali, promised that they would be used to canvas for people’s vote for Jonathan toward 2015 general elections.
“We are very happy for the donation of these 21 vehicles which will help the GSG to effectively campaign for Dr Goodluck Jonathan before the February 2015 elections.
“I want to say that the GSG will do everything possible in every nook and cranny of Nigeria to make sure that Nigerians vote for Jonathan,’’ Alkali said.
