“As we approach the 2019 general elections, the party is beginning to reposition itself and to re-strategise its tactics to ensure success in the elections.

“The hitch-free state delegate election held on Saturday, July 29 and supervised by Mr Abdulkadir Shehu-Nephantou to select Ebonyi delegates for the August National Delegates’ Convention is an indication of the party’s resolve to put its act in order as we approach the 2019 election year.

“We must strive hard to consolidate the party under my leadership, bearing in mind that our collective goal is to liberate both the people and the state from bad governance, ‘’ he said.

“Let me use this medium to appeal to our people and all lovers of democracy to continue with their support for President Buhari’s administration, especially in his war against financial corruption.
