Abuja – A Wuse Zone 2 Senior Magistrates’ Court, Abuja, on Wednesday sentenced a 32-year-old trader, Isah Jubrin, to four months imprisonment for stealing a Samsung Galaxy and Nokia cell phones.
Senior Magistrate Aminu Eri sentenced the convict after he pleaded guilty to the charge.
The Prosecutor, Sgt. Adamu Tanko, said the matter was reported at Wuse Police Station on Aug. 20 by one Samson Olorunfemi of Canopy Market, Wuse, Abuja.

Tanko said that the complainant reported that the two phones valued at N128,000 was sold by convict.
He said the offence contravened Section 287 of the Penal Code.
He said that the convict admitted committing the offence during police investigation. (NAN)
