Kaduna- The Kaduna State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board says it has so far transported 3,558 pilgrims to Saudi Arabia since the operation commenced on Tuesday, Aug. 9.
Its Public Relations Officer, Mallam Yunusa Mohammed, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kaduna on Wednesday that nine flights had left the Kaduna International Airport and conveyed more than half of the intending pilgrims to the Holy Land.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), reports that a total of 5,649 pilgrims are expected to perform the 2016 Hajj from Kaduna State this year.
