Lagos – Thirty eight ships laden with petroleum products, food items, and other goods are expected in Lagos ports from April 13 to April 27.
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its daily publication- `Shipping Position’- made available to newsmen on Monday in Lagos.
It said the expected ships would sail in with vehicles, steel products, petrol, bulk gas, base oil, bulk fertiliser, fish, crude palm oil, general cargo, rice, buck wheat, bulk sugar, bulk gypsum crude palm olein and containers.
It also indicated that 13 ships had arrived the ports waiting to berth with rice, crude palm oil, petrol, kerosene and aviation fuel.
It, however, explained that 26 other ships were in the ports discharging rice, general cargo, buck wheat, bulk salt, containers, bulk gypsum, fish, sugar, petrol, bulk gas and diesel. (NAN)
