LAGOS – Five banks and one microfinance bank have erected stands at the ongoing Lagos International Trade Fair on Friday.
The banks are Diamond Bank, First Bank, Stanbic-IBTC Bank, Fidelity Bank and Union Bank.
NAN also report that only two Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) were functioning at the fair ground as at 3.00 pm.
A staff of Diamond Bank, who spoke to NAN on anonymity, said that the bank would commence full operation at the trade fair complex on Saturday.
The 28th Lagos International Trade Fair, which started on Nov. 7th, will end on Nov. 16th.
The theme of this year’s fair is: “Promoting the Nigerian Economy as a Preferred Investment Destination”. (NAN)
