Lagos – Nine ships laden with petroleum products and food items are expected at the Tin-Can Island and Apapa ports between Feb.16 and Feb.17.
The Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) made the announcement in its “Shipping Position’’ on Thursday in Lagos.
It said that said three of the vessels were carrying petroleum products while the others were laden with food items.
It listed some of the items on the expected ships as buck wheat, buck sugar, premium motor spirit and diesel.
NPA also said that eight ships carrying buck wheat, buck sugar, fuel and diesel were already awaiting berthing at the port.
