The president of the association, Mr Olayiwola Shittu, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos.
According to Shittu, a major expectation of the association in 2016 is that import policies should be reviewed to facilitate a faster cargo- clearance at the nation’s ports.
He said it was the desire of the association to have a corruption-free port operation.
Shittu said there should also be an effective crowd control at the ports.
The clearing agent suggested a less-cumbersome cargo delivery system from the ports. (NAN)
