ABUJA – The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has said that the late minister of state for labour and productivity, Mr. James Ocholi and his son did not wear seat belt at the time of the accident which claimed their lives on Abuja-Kaduna road on Sunday.

This is the highlight of the FRSC’s report on the accident presented to the Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Wednesday.
The FRSC in the report recommended biennial re-certification of convoy drivers.
