Gwagwalada (FCT) – Alhaji Mustapha Adamu, the Chairman, Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, on Wednesday urged workers of the council to imbibe a positive attitude to work.
Adamu gave the advice during a meeting he held with the staff of the council in Gwagwalada.
He said that the council would not be an exception in the change agenda of the present administration.
“When we came on board, we noticed serious lukewarm attitude of staff toward work.
“It is no longer business as usual; so we have to call for the meeting and we expect that there will be a positive change, henceforth.
“Attitudinal change is one of the changes that the present administration needs,’’ he said.
Responding, Mr Isuwa Asher, the Chairman, Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, (NULGE), Gwagwalada branch, pledged the union’s support to ensure the success of Adamu’s administration. (NAN)
