Omeruo set to return to Middlesbrough on loan

Nigeria international defender, Kenneth Omeruo, has claimed he is rejoining English Championship side, Middlesbrough for the 2014/15 season.
Omeruo played at the Riverside in the last five months of last season and now looks set to join Middlesbrough on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea. “Holiday is finished. Almost time for work again. (I’m) happy to be rejoining ‘Boro for a new season,” the Nigeria centre-back stated on Twitter and Instagram on Sunday.[eap_ad_2]
Earlier in July, QPR were reportedly linked with a loan move for the Nigerian youngster.
Middlesbrough manager, Aitor Karanka, had hinted of a likely return for Omeruo to the Riverside Stadium.
“I hope that Ken is going to come here again because he has told me he wants to join us. He wants to joins, Chelsea want him to come to us, I want him and for this reason I hope it is sorted as soon as possible,” Karanka had said.
Last season, Omeruo joined Middlesbrough in the January transfer window on loan from Chelsea and made 14 appearances for Karanka’s team.  (supersport.com)[eap_ad_3]
