NSA discussing with the Deputy Director General of the Rosenboroexport
National Security Adviser (NSA) Major General Babagana Monguno with his Russian Counterpart, Mr Nikolai P Patrushev after the pair held bilateral meetings on the side-margin of the Summit. Although the meeting was held behind closed doors, an official indicated that the 2 discussed security and other issues of concern to Russian and Nigeria.
