Odubote, who represents Epe Federal Constituency, said the postponement was inessential since the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had scheduled PVC distribution in the state several months ago.
He spoke in Epeat the inauguration of a block of three classrooms and a staff roomhe donated to LGA Central School, Agbowa.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that INEC had on Friday announced the postponement of the distribution of the PVCs in eight local governments in the state including Epe citing logistical problems.
”it is an indication of the lack of capacity on the part of INEC.
”INEC should ensure that no Lagosian is disenfranchised and particularly in Epe.
”Voter’s card is being given to all Nigerians of voting age, nobody should be denied theright … everything should be done to ensure credible 2015 polls,” Odubote said.(NAN)
