Senate Leader, Victor Ndoma-Egba, on Sunday in Ikom before the start of the primary election of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the Central Senatorial District of Cross River State raised the alarm that the process leading to the conduct of the exercise is designed for him to suffer loss.
Ndoma-Egba is contesting against the chairman of House of Representatives Committee on Finance and Appropriation, John Owan-Enoh.
Ndoma-Egba who addressed journalists shortly before the primary election commenced said, “The primary is clearly staked against me because it is a process. Today’s event is not an event on its own; it is a culmination of a process that has started with congresses at the wards.
“You recall the situation in Cross River State where the congresses that were held were favourable to me, but the powers that be thought that it should be cancelled. (Thisday)
