Controversial Catholic priest Rev.Father Mbaka who on the 31st December 2019 crossover service held at his adoration ground gave some supposed words of prophecy that caused confusion in Imo State .though the governor said he was less concerned about the prophecy of the Catholic priest.
He declared: that “Many things are going to happen in Nigeria this 2020 that will shock countrymen and countrywomen; but all would be to God’s glory.
“In spite of all that would happen this 2020, there is hope. In Imo State, there is hope. Hope, hope, hope … hope in Imo State!
“Imo people have suffered (but) God is raising a new hope that would be an agent of salvation for them.
“He’s coming with a new flag to restore the dignity of that noble land. A new leadership that will break barriers and there would be joy in the land of Imo.
“Lift your candles as I bless Hope Uzodinma; and I empower him to, spiritually, to take over. How, I do not know.
The popular Catholic Priest based in Enugu State, Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka said he never prophesied that Governor Emeka Ihedioha will lose at the Supreme Court.
Has now turned to say that he was misquoted
He spoke to Nigerian Telegraph on the Phone said his new year prophesy was based on HOPE FOR IMO STATE.
« I never said Governor Emeka Ihedioha will lose at the Supreme Court, I only prophesied Hope for Imo State. God said Imo State is on the rise and that there’s hope for Imo State. Why not watch the video of the New Year Prophecy and stop believing what the social media is saying ».
The New year prophecy has generated mixed reaction across the State as the Supreme Court is set to deliver judgment in the gubernatorial case involving Governor Emeka Ihedioha and Sen. Hope Uzodimma.
