Abuja (Sundiata Post) -Lagos state on Monday recorded the highest number of infections with 156 cases as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control confirmed that 595 new persons tested positive.
According to the released report, the total confirmed cases in the country is now 33,153 while total discharged cases has risen to 13, 671 since the index case was reported in mid February.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control further said that 744 lives have been lost to the dreaded pandemic.
