Abuja (Sundiata Post) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control in its latest COVID-19 report said it has confirmed 356 new infections, bringing the total confirmed cases to 78,790.
The report released via the agency’s twitter handle also informed that 68,483 persons who earlier tested positive for COVID-19 have been treated, recovered and discharged from various isolation facilities across the country.
It added regrettably that 1,227 COVID-19 related deaths have been recorded in Nigeria so far.
The report listed the states where the new infections were recorded and numbers as follows:
