PORT HARCOURT (Sundiata Post) – A former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State, Chief Ambrose Nwuzi has said that whatever remained of PDP in Etche has now been finally given to the All Progressives Congress, APC by virtue of his membership of APC.
Nwuzi who took all his supporters into his new party, pledged to work for APC and all its candidates in all the elections come February. He said this at State School, Okehi during APC mega rally that brought together, party faithful and Etche sons and daughters.

“There is no more opposition in Etche. Everybody has now joined the APC and as a people, I think it is in our best interest. Nobody needs a prophet to know the party that will be victorious at the polls and we in Rivers State must key into this movement called APC. More so, we are not ready to go back to the Dark Age that was characterised by impunity and underdevelopment. We have joined the APC and we are happy here”.
Nwuzi who described Peterside as a well prepared, well schooled and ready candidate, called on his people to reject those who want to take power by force, adding that the desperation of the PDP should naturally worry every right-thinking resident of the state.
He described the APC candidate as a stable and forthright person who fears God. Nwizu therefore urged the people to support Peterside because in the final analysis, the APC candidate is the only one that can be accountable to the people of Rivers State who voted him
