Sundiata Post – Former Chelsea midfielder, Craig Burley has advised Manchester United to sign Bayer Leverkusen forward, Victor Boniface.
Boniface has earned rave reviews following his impressive displays for Bundesliga club, Bayer Leverkusen this season.
Manchester United signed Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta in the summer but the forward has struggled to hit the ground running.
Burley has however urged the Red Devils to consider signing Boniface to help bolster their attack.
“I think they need to bring in somebody to take some weight off Rasmus Hojlund because Martial is a waste of space. I don’t know if they’d be looking at someone like Boniface from Leverkusen. But we are talking about the summer here,” Burley told ESPN FC Extra Time.
The 22-year-old has scored 14 goals and provided six assists in 20 appearances across all competitions for Bayer Leverkusen this season.
