A man was arrested for beating his wife when she wanted too much sex.
The man of Gutu, Zimbabwe, told police that he was unable to keep up with his wife’s desire for sex.
He said that his wife made persistent sexual advances in bed, but he was too tired.
29-year-old Givemore Makonye of Masunda Village, appeared before Magistrate Edwin Marecha for assaulting his wife, who was identified as Varaidzo Chiro, for making sexual advances towards him.

The judge was told that Makonye, beat his wife with his hands and stomped on her with his feet after she kept asking for sex.
The woman was badly bruised. The left side of the forehead was swollen due to the assault.
The defendant was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was offered the option of paying a fine of $100 if he preferred to pay rather than spend time in jail.
