Stephen Keshi, Monday, reportedly sent a formal notice to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) accepting to continue as the country’s coach.
Keshi had said that he has unfinished business with Nigeria and so his wish to continue as Super Eagles coach.
He was said to have submitted the letter at the NFF office in Abuja via an assistant of the coach.
The NFF three-man committee had open talks with Keshi after sending him a letter of intent.
However, Keshi had said that he wishes that a new contract will include an official house and car, which were not the case in the first contract.

According to reports from AfricanFootball top NFF technical committee members Paul Bassey and Garba Lawal on Monday suggested that former Nigeria coaches — Shuaibu Amodu and Christian Chukwu — could handle the national team in a temporary capacity till negotiations have been concluded with Keshi.
Nigeria host Rwanda on September 7 in their first qualifying match for the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
South Africa and Sudan are the other teams in this group.
