Adamawa Police dismisse 2, demotes 2 for allegedly killing herdsmen

YOLA – The Adamawa Police Command has dismissed a corporal and an inspector accused of killing some herdsmen in Toungo Local Government Area of the state.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]
The Command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Othman Abubakar, confirmed the dismissal on Friday.
Abubakar said two others connected with the incident, an Inspector and a Corporal were demoted to Sergeant and Constable, respectively.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]
He, however, did not give the names of the affected policemen.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”10″]
He said the dismissed policemen would soon be prosecuted.
