Adamawa: Ribadu concedes defeat to APC’s Bindow

The governorship candidate the (PDP) in Adamawa State, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu on Sunday conceded defeat to Sen. Jibrilla Bindow the All Progressives Congress (APC).
