(Sundiata Finance) – As the nation strategizes on how to bridge its housing deficit said to be over 17 million, Adron Homes and Properties Limited , a leading Real Estate developer said it is set to deliver about 5,000 varied luxury apartments in different parts of the country to home owners desirous of having a roof over their heads.
Speaking with journalists in Lagos, group chief operation officer Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Mrs. Folasade Oloruntoba said the units were constructed to ensure there is everything for everyone, even amongst the categories of low income earners often neglected in most housing delivery schemes.
She said, “Our target is to inject 5000 housing units to bridge housing delivery. Adron Homes and Properties Limited will keep giving Nigerians the best in the industry. We shall keep delivering real estate. Our products are world class valued.”
To achieve this, Oloruntoba said the firm has come up with Adron Ileya promo to encourage more prospective home owners to subscribe to their schemes. She said, “Right now, the company is offering a 30 per cent discount on all its lands in Lekki, Ikorodu, Shimwawa, Atan-Ota, Ibadan and Abuja. The offer is: buy a house and get 10 per cent discount with two rams.”
According to her, the company is asking its customers to pay minimum of N200,000 per plot and spread the balance within 12 months, saying the subscribers immediately get a free ram and vegetable oil or pay outright for a full plot and get 30 per cent discount and two rams and vegetable oil for the Sallah celebrations.”
She explained that the 30 per cent discount applies to its eight estates at, Rehoboth Park & Gardens, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos, Manhattan Park and Gardens in Abuja, Treasure Park and Gardens, Shimawa, Centre Park and Gardens, Kuje, Abuja , Grandview Park and Gardens, Atan-Ota, West Park and Gardens, Elebu, Asejire in Ibadan among others.
