The APC National chairman Abdullahi Ganduje and Ekiti Governor Oyebanji witnessed the presentation, according to a statement by Special Adviser to the President Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga on Tuesday.
Last week, the Independent National Electoral Commission presented a certificate of return to Aiyedatiwa and his deputy.
The ceremony which took place at the INEC headquarters in Abuja had in attendance the Ondo State governor-elect who is also the incumbent governor, his deputy, the national chairman of the APC and other prominent members of the party from the state.
The electoral umpire described the just concluded Ondo State governorship election as a true reflection of the will of the people of Ondo State.
Aiyedatiwa was declared winner of the election which took place recently by INEC, defeating his closest rival, Agboola Ajayi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The incumbent governor of the Sunshine Statepolled 366,781 votes to defeat a former deputy governor of the state Ajayi who flew the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flag. He scored 117,845 votes, more than twice lower than the APC candidate.
