Ajulo links Jegede’s loss to face-off with Mimiko

Former the board Ondo Radio-Vision Corporation, Dr. Kayode Ajulo, on Sunday attributed the defeat Mr.

Eyitayo Jegede the ’s governorship election the faceoff between him and former Olusegun Mimiko.


Jegede, the candidate the Peoples the election, served as a two-term attorney general and commissioner for when Mimiko for eight years.

The relationship between the two of them went sour when Mimiko anointed Jegede as successor 2016 but allegedly refused back it up with , which led defeat.

Jegede also emerged as the candidate of the PDP in the 2020 governorship election but Mimiko, who has since dumped the party form the Zenith Labour Party, pitched tent with the incumbent Deputy , Agboola Ajayi, who contested on the of the ZLP.
