case file against National leader, Bola Tinubu and state by a former managing director of Alpha Beta Consulting, Dapo Apara has been burnt to ashes after Igbosere high vandalised by thugs.

Apara’s , Mr. Tade Ipadeola, stated this during an interview with PUNCH on .

He Said;

“Everything in Igbosere High got burnt including the registrar’s copy of our application. In , the whole building burnt to ashes. So, we have to file again. The registry has been moved to Ikeja.

“We may have to file the case afresh at the Ikeja High but we have not yet been instructed to do so.”

Apara had sued the , Tinubu and the current Managing Director of the firm, Akin Doherty.

In the writ of summons marked LD/7330GCMW/2020, Apara asked the respondents to appear within 42 days or judgment may be given in their absence.

The former MD also alleged that Tinubu demanded that a 70 percent equity interest be assigned to Olumide Ogunmola and Adegboyega Oyetola, two said to be his associates.

Oyetola, Tinubu’s nephew, is the incumbent governor of Osun state.

Apara claimed his proposal led to the establishment of the during the period Tinubu governor of Lagos.

Alpha Beta has since dismissed the claims of Apara, saying its former managing director was removed because he committed crimes.
