LOKOJA (Sundiata Post) – Hon. Patrick Aghamba, the Anambra State Commissioner for Youth, and his wife have reportedly been kidnapped by armed assailants in Kogi State.
Furing the assault, the commissioner’s special assistant was killed by the gunmen.
Eyewitnesses revealed to JOURNALIST101 that the couple, along with their aide, were ambushed in Kogi State while en route to Abuja for the wedding of Adaora, the first daughter of Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo.
This incident comes just days after Hon. Aghamba launched the state government’s innovative One Youth Two Skills programme and attended the traditional wedding of the governor’s daughter in Isuofia last Saturday, a bustling event that highlighted the region’s vibrant culture. (Journalist 101)
