Yola – Governors of All Progressive Congress (APC) on Thursday in Yola reaffirmed their commitment to the wind of change initiated by the Federal Government sweeping through the polity.
The Chairman of the forum, Gov. Rochas Okorocha of Imo urged Nigerians to continue to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration in its avowed commitment to the overall transformation of the country.
“We urged Nigerians to stick with the change that will transform the country from strength to strength,” he said.
He noted that the monthly meeting was a peer review mechanism to ensure conformity with best policies and practices in democracy and political and corporate governance.

Okorocha lauded the government and people of Adamawa for the reception accorded them, particularly the Durbar organised by the Lamido of Adamawa, Alhaji Barkindo Mustapha, in their honour.
He also lauded Gov. Bindo Jibrilla for the successes recorded by his administration in less than 100 days in office particularly in the areas such as roads, health and housing.
Earlier, Jibrilla had welcomed the governors to the state and thanked the forum for selecting Adamawa to host the maiden meeting in the North-East. (NAN)
