Army: GOC 3 Division charges Officers in posting to remain resilient

Abuja (Sundiata Post) – The General Officer Commanding 3 Division Nigerian Army and Commander Operation Safe Haven (OPSH), in Plateau State, Maj. -Gen. Abdulsalam Abubakar, has charged Officers who were posted outside the Division to remain resolute in discharging their duties.

He said while on posting they should not forget to continue contributing their best to the service of the military.

Appreciating the work done while in 3 Division, the GOC said he will miss their sacrificial service and dedication to the Army duty.

According to him: “The sacrifice and dedication to duty during your tour of duty was highly appreciated. The resilience and efforts you put by harnessing resources together towards achieving the objectives of the Division cannot not be forgotten.

“The Division will miss you for your positive impact and contribution to the success of military activities in 3 Division.

“I urged you all to always make yourselves available for guidance and consultation”, he said.

The GOC also appreciated the spouses of the officers for their moral and spiritual support to their husbands.

Responding, the Outgone Chief of Staff 3 Division, Brigadier General David Kurmi said that the gifts presented to them by the GOC, will remain indelible in their lives, urging the officers to continue to work as family for the common good of the nation.
