Ahmadu Muhammad Wabi III, the Emir of Jama’are in Bauchi State, has died, according to SaharaReporters.
A titleholder in the emirate (Gado Da Masun Jama’are) has confirmed that the monarch passed on around midnight on Sunday.
He said, “The Emir, who has ruled for over 50 years died after a protracted illness; leaving behind two wives, 35 children and several grandchildren.”
