Munich – Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara is being examined for a knee injury which forced him off early in Spain’s 2-0 defeat of England Friday, the Bundesliga champions said.
A scan in Spain on his right knee shows an interior ligament injury which is being further examined in Munich.
Thiago was substituted in the 26th minute of the match in Alicante.
