LAGOS (Sundiata Post) – Nollywood actress Biola Bayo has provided a new update regarding the ongoing search for veteran actress Jumoke George’s daughter, Adeola, who has been missing for the past four years.
In an earlier interview with Biola, Jumoke revealed that her 41-year-old daughter had disappeared without a trace, leaving the family in distress.
Taking to her Instagram page on Wednesday, Biola disclosed that Adeola has now been located in Mali. However, despite being found, she has not yet communicated with her mother. Biola expressed concern that Adeola has refused to pick up calls, deepening the family’s anxiety.
CRC, the organization helping with the search, confirmed that Adeola left Nigeria in pursuit of better opportunities. According to their findings, she is alive, in good health, and actively working towards her goals abroad.
Sharing the latest update, Biola wrote:
“UPDATE!
Adeola has been spotted in Mali.
Though she hasn’t spoken with her mom yet, please tell her to call her. She’s currently in the hospital, but she will be happy to speak with her at least.
I’ve tried calling her, but she has not been picking up anyone’s calls, and her mom is really worried.”
Fans and well-wishers continue to hope for a full reunion between mother and daughter in the near future.
