LAGOS (Sundiata Post) – Controversial crossdresser, Okuneye Idris, otherwise known as Bobrisky, has been transferred to the Force Criminal Investigation Department Annex, Alagbon, Lagos State.

A police source told Channels Television that he was transferred to FCID following arrest by the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) on Monday.

The development comes after a statement by the NIS on Monday night, said the social media sensation was arrested while trying to flee Nigeria.

A spokesman for the Service, DCI KT Udo had described Bobrisky as a person of interest over recent issues of public concern.

Udo said, “He is undergoing interrogation and will be handed over to the appropriate authorities for further action.

“The Service assures the public that it will continue to be civil and professional in its statutory responsibility of manning the country’s borders.”
