ABUJA – The National Judicial Council has given suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen and the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Mohammed (CFR), seven days to respond to petitions written against them, a report from Abuja said.
“The NJC gave the ultimatum on Tuesday during an emergency meeting which took place in Abuja, the nation’s capital,” according to a breaking news broadcast by Channels Television.
