ABUJA – The Supreme Court has just dismissed the request of the All Progressives Congress (APC) seeking a review of its judgment voiding the election of David Lyon in the Bayelsa State governorship election.In a decision announced after a short break the apex court said it’s earlier judgement on the case stays.
