ABUJA – The Senate President Bukola Saraki Tuesday adjourned plenary to Tuesday, February 23 in a bid to study properly the 2016 budget and clean the errors therein.
Saraki said there is the need to rid of errors in the budget and also to allow committees one more week to interact with MDAs.[pro_ad_display_adzone id=”70560″]
Senate Committee Chairman on Appropriation, Danjuma Goje says the committees needed more time to check the details of the budget, while Senator Stella Oduah said it was important for the Senate to adjourn.
