Abuja (Sundiata Post) – President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday came to face with former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, at the opening session of the 30th African Union summit.

This is the first time the duo will be meeting after the literary “vote of no confidence letter of continuity in 2019″ from former President Obasanjo to President Muhammadu Buhari.

Sundiata Post recalls that Obasanjo had in his letter titled “THE WAY OUT: A CLARION CALL FOR COALITION FOR NIGERIA MOVEMENT,” asked President Muhammadu Buhari not to bother seeking for re-election in 2019 but to honourably dismount from the horse based on some issued raised which includes but not limited to :

“Nepotic deployment bordering on clannishness and inability to bring discipline to bear on errant members of his nepotic court,” specifically singling out the issue of reinstatement of fugitive Maina.

“Poor understanding of the dynamics of internal politics” which has affected general national security, thus “wittingly or unwittingly making the nation more divided” and widened the inequality gap and buck-passing – blaming the Governor of the Central Bank for devaluation of the Naira by 70% or so and blaming past governments.
