Chief Registrar Of Oyo High Court, Badrudeen Is Dead

Fatimo Badrudeen, the Chief Registrar, Oyo State Court of , has lost her at the age of 53.

Though details of her death were sketchy as of the time of filing this , The PUNCH gathered that she died on Monday.

learnt that she died after a brief illness at the University College Hospital, .

A source who confirmed Badrudeen’s death said she would be according to Islamic rites on Monday.

Before her death, Badrudeen one of those expected to be as a judge.

The Officer of Oyo State Judiciary, Mrs Opeyemi Udoh, also confirmed the chief registrar’s death.

She said, “ is true that the Chief Registrar died today. She 53 years old.”

The chief registrar was called to the bar 1993 and started her legal career the chamber of Alhaji R. A. Sarumi, before joining the lower bench of Oyo State Judiciary as a mceagistrate and later rose to become Chief Magistrate (administration).
