KADUNA – Kaduna United Chief Coach, Ben Duamlong, on Thursday expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance in the Premier League, saying that it was set for glory.
Duamlong told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kaduna that the team was gradually having the required confidence to take on any opponent in the Premier League.
“The league is challenging and competitive, but I am happy we are improving gradually to a better position.
“The performance of the players shows that the club will be among the the best four this season.
“We are training hard to improve on our performance and win other up coming matches so as to be in a better position this season.”
Duamlong, whose team defeated Bayelsa United 2-0 on Wednesday in a rescheduled premier league match, attributed the victory to hard work and discipline.
“My team trained hard and were motivated to win the match, and I am happy and satisfied that they did,” he said.
He urged the players to maintain the momentum by training hard and winning all their matches.
The coach solicited the support of fans and other well wishers to return the club to its “glorious days”. (NAN)
