Kano – Coach of Kano Pillars FC, Muhammad Babaganaru, has attributed the recent successes being recorded by the team that saw it garnering 10 points from four games, to hard work.
He told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kano on Tuesday that his players were determined to clinch the league title.
He said that fans had also been a source of great motivation, and therefore urged them to continue supporting the team.
The coach expressed optimism that the team would triumph over Enyimba International FC of Aba in their Week 24 encounter at the ongoing 2014/2015 Nigeria Professional Football League in Aba.
He however confessed that defeating a formidable side like Enyimba, would not be an easy task because of the wealth of experience of their opponents.
“We are preparing well and will try to focus our minds on winning the match, in spite of their quality of play,” he said.
NAN reports that Pillars is currently fifth on the table, with 37 points, after beating 3SC 4-1 on Sunday in Kano.(NAN)
