COPA Lagos: Security is our top priority — Akinsola

Lagos- The Head of Security at the COPA Lagos International Beach soccer tournament, ASP Gideon Akinsola (rtd), on Friday said that security measures at the Eko Atlantic venue of the competition were adequate.

Akinsola spoke with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) at the venue of the tournament in Lagos.

“In as much as I can’t disclose the exact number of security here, all I can tell you, is that we are prepared for this years’ edition.

“Fans can be guaranteed of adequate security. Lives and property be secured here because that’s our paramount concern,” Akinsola said.
