Court dissolves 18-year marriage over wife’s fighting, threat to life

ADO-EKITI – An Ado-Ekiti Customary Wednesday dissolved an 18-year-old marriage between Omoniyi Odunayo and wife Bosede for frequent fighting and threat to life.

Presidentof , Mrs Akomolede Olayinka, in her judgment, held that marriage had broken down irretrievably and consequently dissolved marriage.

Akomolede awarded custody eldest child to and the younger ones to the wife, and ordered that the should be responsible for .
