Benin – An Evbouriaria Magistrate’s Court in Benin on Wednesday remand one Gift Edosonwan, 17, in prison custody for allegedly killing one Itohan Enagbare with a kitchen knife.
The Prosecutor, Sgt. Olatoye Oluwaseun, told the court that the accused with one other person now at large committed the offence on Dec. 6, 2015, at No. 2, Osazee close, off Okunser Street, Benin.
Oluwaseun told the court that the accused stabbed the victim on her chest with a kitchen knife.
The accused was arraigned on a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy and murder.
The plea of the accused was, however, not taken.
