Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has said that COVID-19 cases shrinked on Sunday as only 138 cases were recorded from 14 states in Nigeria.
While 20 states reported cases with 250 infections on Saturday, 14 states reported cases with 138 cases on Sunday.
According to the report released by NCDC via its twitter handle, the fresh cases bring total confirmed cases to 53,865 out of which 41,513 have been discharged.
The death toll has also risen to 1,013, the health agency maintained.
