Abuja (Sundiata Post) – The COVID-19 death toll in Nigeria is now 1,502 as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control confirmed
The report released via twitter handle of the NCDC late Saturday said that the fresh cases were recorded from the underlisted states including the FCT:
Lagos-498; Plateau-214; FCT-176; Rivers-99;
Kaduna-98; Edo-87; Anambra-86; Akwa Ibom-50; Osun-47; Kano and Oyo-40 each;
Kwara-39; Ebonyi, Niger and Taraba-28 each; Ogun-27; Ondo-21; Ekiti-12; Katsina-7,
Borno-6 and Delta-2.
The report further stated that these fresh cases brought the total confirmed cases to 120,602 out of which 95,901 cases have been treated and discharged since the index case was reported in February 27 in Nigeria.
