ABUJA (SundiataPost) – There is a sudden rise in COVID-19 cases in Edo and Rivers states, according to figures released Monday night by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control ((NCDC).
Bothe states reported 41 and 33 cases respectively. They are part of the 416 new cases reported by NCDC. This brought the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 10,578.
Lagos maintained its position as epicentre of the virus in Nigeria with 192 new cases.
