Abuja (Sundiata Post) – Kaduna state led the COVID-19 chart on Wednesday with 37 infections as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control confirmed that 122 new cases have been recorded.
The NCDC report further reveals that other states that recorded infections are as follows:
Lagos-29
Plateau-25
Ekiti-9
Rivers-5
Ogun-5
Edo-4
Kwara-4
Bayelsa-2
Bauchi-1
Kano-1.
The health agency said that total confirmed cases have risen to 67,960 out of which 63,839 patients have been discharged while
1,177 deaths have so far been recorded since the index case in February 27.
